We hold a Volunteer Drop-in session on the second Tuesday of the month where you can come along and find out about volunteering with us and what opportunities we have available.
Volunteer Drop-ins for 2024 will take place at Cherry Lodge, King Edward Park from 2pm to 4pm on Tuesdays on 12 November and 10 December.

We are seeking new Trustee’s to support and guide our work for the future. Passion and commitment is vital, and in particular we welcome those with skills and experience in public health, media and communications or data analysis.
Being a Trustee is a rewarding experience, enables you use your experiences, skills, knowledge and passion to make a difference in the community, to meet new people and an opportunity for personal development. See Become a trustee | Reach Volunteering for more information.
You do not need to be an experienced Trustee for these roles, training, guidance and support will be provided.
The Renewal Trust is committed to reflecting the community it serves, in our staff team and also on the Board of Trustee’s. We particularly welcome applications from our local communities and women in particular who are currently under represented.
Please note that this is a voluntary position, however expenses are provided. A full induction and Trustee training will be provided. In return we ask that you contribute to and attend Board meetings, relevant subgroups and be an ambassador for our work and for our communities.

We an exciting opportunity for a friendly and caring person to support our Feel Good Gold sessions.
Feel Good Gold is a weekly session for people aged 60 and over, living in St Ann’s and Sneinton. Each week we get together for lunch, a chat and a variety of activities and we are looking for someone to support us to run smooth and enjoyable sessions for all our participants.
As part of the Feel Good Gold team you will travel on the minibus and help to support our participants on and off the minibus, as well as taking part in the session by helping to serve lunch, prepare drinks, or just making sure everyone feels welcome and at ease.
So, if you love building relationships, helping people feel part of something and supporting the local community and you have some spare time on a Wednesday lunchtime we’d love to talk to you.
The role will include a hot lunch and we can reimburse travel expenses.

They have previously helped us with anything from space clearing and renovations to delivering teddy bears and feel good bags to local families.
