We run a range of exciting, affordable sports and fitness classes at the Brendon Lawrence Sports Centre – for babies, children, young people and adults.

We believe that everyone should have the chance to discover and try new sports, learn new skills and get active whilst having fun. That’s why we offer a great choice of sessions including football, tennis, cricket, netball, badminton, zumba, yoga and kung fu.

Football programme

Tennis Tots

A unique programme designed to teach children the fundamentals of tennis, including the forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Sessions include fun-based motor skill activities and racket and ball activities, aimed at children aged from 2 to 7.

The Move Program

The Move Program is a multi-sports activity program, the four central activities on offer are Football, Tennis, Dance and Cricket. The program’s mission is to inspire children to play sport and be physically active at school, with friends, with family and throughout their lives. Move’s goal both inspires and develops our athletes to have a physically active and sport filled life.
