Reception and Administrator needed
We are looking for a part time Reception and Administrator for 19 hours per week (over four days)
Salary: £17,500 per annum (pro rata)
We are looking for friendly, passionate and reliable individual who would like to join the team at St Ann’s Allotments. Someone with previous experience in an administration and reception role, who is confident in dealing with members of the public
You will provide direct administrative support to the Allotments Manager on a day-to-day basis and will be the welcome for all site users and members of the public. You will also manage the Allotment Centre bookings and all tasks in preparation of room hire. And it would be great if you know a little bit about St Ann’s Allotments and have some basic horticultural knowledge.
